Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has filed a written report in respect of theft of his Scorpio vehicle in the intervening night on 18/19.07.2018 from his house against unknown persons. It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The name of petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confession made by coaccused Md. Raza and his own confession except said
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69532 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 confession there is no any other incriminating materials against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.08.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.)
