Learned AAG-2 appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3 is present and submits that, in view of passage of time, the present matter appears to have become infructuous, as no stay order was passed by this Court against the award dated 02.11.1998 passed by the learned Labour Court, Bhagalpur (Annexure-1).

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
