The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 86/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

No specific allegation is made against the petitioner, although the petitioner is named in the FIR. Similarly situated coaccused, namely Barun Kumar Singh @ Baroon Kr. Singh and Surendra Mishra @ Surendra Kumar Mishra have been granted anticipatory bail by the bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42595/2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 18970/2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42118 of 2016 (5) dt.22-11-2016 2/2 named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 86/2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
