JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 381 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406, 379, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no complain made by anybody against the petitioner. In the written report filed by the S.I. of the Police it is alleged that petitioner was found standing in front of the ATM of Axis Bank. It is further alleged that on search, several ATM cards, Aadhar cards and Election Commission Cards have been recovered from his possession.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 20.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66053 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Motihari Town P.S.
