Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and

The accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in her 161 Cr.P.C statement has stated that she, of her own goodwill had gone with the petitioner and married in a temple. She denied to have been abducted by the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 437 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down
