2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 769 of 2025, registered under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in withdrawing money from the A.T.M. illegally. The same is only a species of the cyber fraud that is right now playing havoc with the country.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of offence as alleged against the petitioner, this bail application is dismissed.
7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
