Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 307, 379 and other minor sections of the IPC. Taking into consideration that allegation of assault is against other accused and so far as this petitioner is concerned, superficial allegation of theft has been levelled against him, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Sadar Muffasil P.S. Case no. 269/2018.
