NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

Petitioner retired on 28.02.2017 from the post of Lab Incharge (Physics Department) from S.N. Sinha College, Jehanabad, a Constituent College of Magadh University. Petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for payment of his retiral benefits including pension, gratuity, group insurance, provident fund including the arrears.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8455 of 2019(2) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5, the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, Gaya which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner along with admissible interest would be paid within two months thereafter.
