JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel appearing for the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 873 of 2023 arising out of Phulwaria (Sripur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 314 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and altogether seven injuries have been found on the dead body of the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 04.09.2023.

4. The learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
