2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher as per the prevailing Rules and he possessed all the requisite qualification while he was discharging his duty as Assistant Teacher. The petitioner also fulfills requisite

Patna High Court CWJC No.9121 of 2020(9) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 qualification as prescribed by NCTE as per the Regulation which were amended from time to time. However, petitioner is constrained to make any submission as to what educational qualification he is having as on date to satisfy this Court that he had the requisite qualification or acquired the qualification as prescribed by the NCTE during the period which has been granted to the State of Bihar by the Central Government in exercise of power under Section 23(2) of Right to Education Act, 2009.

3. In this background, learned counsel seeks to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan- respondent no.6 for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition and the respondent no.6 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
