JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in P.S. Case No. instituted for the offence under sections xxx of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that mere suspicion has been raised against him. He has no criminal antecedent.

From the written report as well as impugned order of the Sessions Judge, it appears that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8948 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 from today, in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 131 of 2013, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
