Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304B and 120B of the IPC.
The petitioner happens to be co-villager of the deceased. However, learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that the petitioner being close agnate of husband of the deceased has played an important role in committing the alleged crime but considering the facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner is in jail custody since 30.7.2018 and co-accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65978 of 2018 (2) dt.22-11-2018 Manish Kumar Singh and others having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge VII-cum- ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S.
