2. Petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2016 in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)A & 26 of the Arms Act.

3. The accusation is of recovery of one rifle, one katta and two live cartridges.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and has also got no criminal antecedent.
