JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Goh P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 436, 437, 341, 323, 434, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Mritunjay Mishra who was arrested by the police.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.8.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66045 of 2018 (2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Distt.
