ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-07-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 23.3.2013 passed by the Adhoc Additional District Judge III, Gaya, by which he has refused to discharge the Petitioners in S.T. No.86 of 2013 arising out of Gaya Sadar Muffasil P.S. case No.113 of 2010. Having gone through the materials on record, I find no justification for interference.
Hence, the application stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18587 of 2013 dt.13-07-2015 2/2 witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Gaya, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
