Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is a counter version as well, which is contained in Annexure-2 to this application. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are said to have assaulted the informant and one Sanjay Thakur with Farsa. It is submitted that injury caused on the person of informant, Sanjay Thakur is simple and could not have been caused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41450 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 by Farsa as also by fire-arms.
Let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below, apply for regular bail, which should be considered in the light of nature of injuries attributed to them. In case petitioners have not caused any grievous Farsa, fire-arm injury to both informant, Sanjay Thakur, they be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015.
