Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is directed to file an affidavit for his client as to whether any settlement has been arrived at between the parties. List this case after one week.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24488 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 between the parties in the Court below and has submitted that both the parties have settled their disputes and the O.P. No. 2 is staying with her in-laws.
Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 also submits that he has instruction not to oppose the application. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Court below on the basis of compromise petition and if the compromise is supported by the O.P. No. 2, the prosecution of the petitioners shall be dropped and if the compromise petition is not supported by the O.P. No. 2 then the Court below will pass an appropriate order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
