The case diary of the present case has been received.
The petitioners are mother-in-law, father-in-law
Dewar and Devrani of the deceased lady apprehends their arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have been separate in mess and residence and all the sons of Jai Lal Sahni have been living separately on the date of occurrence. It is further submitted that when they knew about the occurrence they came and cooperated the lady, in question, and brought her to SKMCH, Muzuffarpur for treatment.
Learned counsel for the State after perusing the case diary points out the statement of the son of the deceased in which it has stated that he was sleeping alongwith his mother when there was a fire in his house which led to the death of his mother.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzuffarpur in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
