The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the petitioner being brother of the informant started abusing his parents on protest being made he caused fire arm injury on the thigh of the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Patna.
