Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A/27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation of firing against the FIR named persons. From the possession of this petitioner eleven cartridges were recovered. The petitioner has stated that no one had sustained any firearm injury. The petitioner is in custody since 22.10.2016 and he has got no criminal antecedent. He has implicated on suspicion.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is nothing more material in the case diary against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53216 of 2016 (3) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/Successor Court in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 259 of 2016.
