Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 26570 of 2017, which was rejected vide order 06.09.2017 (Annexure-1). Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the sister of the informant, has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21444 of 2019(3) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 nature. It is a case of suicide.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail without there being any fresh ground. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The same is, therefore, rejected.
