JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned A.A.G.5 appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the same subject matter challenging the validity and correctness of the resolution dated 08.10.2009 (Annexure-5) issued under the signature of the Secretary, Department of Road Construction, Government of Bihar, Patna, if fresh cause of action arises.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
