2. The present application has been filed for quashing of order dated 31.07.2014 by which J.M. 1st Class, Danapur has taken cognizance against the petitioner in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 135/2012 registered under Sections 341/ 323/ 307/ 498(A) / 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the allegation against the petitioner are serious in nature. He being the husband has tortured her wife with other family members for demand of dowry.

4. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in this case.
