It has been submitted that Complaint Case No.615-C of 2011, proceeding of which has also been quashed along with another case, is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lakhisarai.

Accordingly, 2nd paragraph of the order dated 06.04.2015 is modified to the extent that in place „Complaint Case No.615C of 2011‟ it should be read as "Complaint Case No.615-C of 2011 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lakhisarai".

Let this order be communicated to the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui, in connection with Complaint Case No.67-C of 2012 and also the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Complaint Case No.615C of 2011
