2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection if a lien is put over the disputed amount and the petitioner is permitted to operate the account.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:- (i) The authorities are directed to keep the lien on the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and permit the petitioner to operate the account.

(ii) The said lien shall be in place till they receive any further communication from Sheohar Police Station in F.I.R. No. 0331 of 2020, dated 18.10.2020.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
