The allegation against petitioner is that a live cartridge was recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 31.5.2016.

It has been submitted that an accused from whose possession, a country-made Pistol was recovered, has been granted bail by the Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide Criminal Misc. No.33130 of 2016 and the charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Having considered the above facts that the person, from whose possession, a country-made Pistol recovered, has already been granted bail by the Bench of this Hon'ble Court, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
