The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 466, 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners produced forged documents with regard to Khatiyan and Jamabandi and documents with regard to Title Suit No. 62/2010 in order to grab the land of the informant.

It is submitted that petitioners filed a case before the Circle Officer and other officers about the fact that the land belongs to them and they did not produce any forged document. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named

No.42695 of 2015 (3) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dev Priya Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
