Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 (S. Tr. No. 417 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of victim who in his written complaint has stated that his minor daughter Amisha Kumari had gone outside in the night on 24.04.2018 but thereafter did not return. He has alleged that petitioner and his family members have enticed his daughter for marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. No.69479 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. she has stated that she knows petitioner and both are co-villagers and they were on talking terms and she had gone to Delhi with him and was living with petitioner in Delhi. On 25.05.2018 local police came and arrested petitioner and his uncle Anil Mahto. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, at Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 (S. Tr. No. 417 of 2018).
