Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 406/34 of the Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is the brother-in-law of the husband of the complainant and husband of the complainant has already been admitted to the privilege of regular bail.
