The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section (s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, there is specific allegation against Ram Pukar Yadav and Amit Yadav of causing injury on the head of the father of the informant and the informant with Khanti and iron rod. There is omnibus and general allegation against other accused persons including the petitioners.

No.14482 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 The injury reports have been annexed by the petitioners as Annexure-3 series which shows that father of the informant Suresh Yadav and informant Ajit Kumar sustained one injury on the parietal region and other injured namely Sanjeet Kumar and Rajesh Kumar did not sustain any injury on the vital part of the body. As per written report, there is no allegation against these petitioners of causing injury on the person of the informant or other injured.
It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, above named, within six weeks from today in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
