Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of stolen Bolero vehicle from his possession, while he was driving the said vehicle.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is driver and was not aware that the vehicle was stolen. The real culprit who is the owner of the said vehicle Vicky Kumar fled away and could not be apprehended. He is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018.
