Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased died in unnatural circumstances within a year of her marriage. There is allegation of torture for non-fulfilment of dowry demand by the in-laws.

Submission is that husband is already in custody and the F.I.R. has been lodged just to pressurize. Considering the aforesaid circumstances as well as the fact that petitioner is a female, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten
