The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections, 147,148,149,341,323,324,307,354,436 and 504 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some of the accused having specific allegation have been allowed anticipatory bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12468 of 2017 vide order dated 24.03.2017. It is also submitted that one Rizwanan Khatoon who is daughter of co-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13304 of 2017 (2) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 accused Md. Mushtaque has lodged a police case bearing Bisfi P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 against the present informant and their family members who are her in-laws. The other co-accused namely, Md. Ashfaque, Md. Mustaque, Md. Chhotu and Md. Jahangir have been allowed anticipatory bail on 24.03.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 12468 of 2017 by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court.

The learned APP opposed the submissions.

Considering the nature of allegation, facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below be admitted on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S.
