At the outset, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioners no.3 and 4, namely, Prema Devi and Surendra Sharma @ Surendra Thakur respectively as they have already been arrested by the police. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioners no.3 and 4 are concerned.
Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner further seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioners no.1, 6 and 9, namely, Raju Sharma, Raghavendra Sharma @ Raghvendra Kumar and Kapileshwar Sharma @ Kamlesh Sharma respectively.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioners no.1, 6 and 9 are concerned.
Now this anticipatory bail application survives only against petitioners no.2, 5, 7 and 8.
After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the

No.35483 of 2021(4) dt.08-04-2022 3/3 petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application in respect of petitioners no.2, 5, 7 and 8, namely, Ramu Sharma @ Ramu Kumar, Shatrudhan Sharma, Kishan Sharma @ Kishan Kumar and Sonamati Devi @ Sonawati Devi respectively.
Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioners no.2, 5, 7 and 8 are concerned.
However, if petitioners no.2, 5, 7 and 8, namely, Ramu Sharma @ Ramu Kumar, Shatrudhan Sharma, Kishan Sharma @ Kishan Kumar and Sonamati Devi @ Sonawati Devi surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned court below shall consider their prayer for regular bail in accordance with law.
