2. The present application has been filed for modification in the order dated 26.09.2008 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16154 of 2006 filed on behalf of the petitioner, which was disposed of by a common order dated 26.09.2008 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3290 of 2005 alongwith its analogous cases with certain observations and directions.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the writ application bearing C.W.J.C. No.16154 of 2006, which was disposed of by a common order dated 26.09.2008

Patna High Court MJC No.857 of 2009 dt.10-03-2015 2/2 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3290 of 2005 alongwith its analogous cases, with certain observations and directions, the petitioner had prayed for quashing the Memo No.Pe.Ko.56/03-4324 dated 01.11.2003, issued by the Joint Secretary, Government of Bihar, Finance Department (Pension Cell), Patna, whereby the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2003 regarding Family Pension etc. was rejected with further prayer for directing the respondents to make payment the Family Pension, Gratuity etc. and Death-cum-Post Retiral dues and arrears thereof along with statutory interest calculated thereon @ 14%.

4. I find no reason to modify the order dated 26.09.2008 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16154 of 2006 filed on behalf of the petitioner, which was disposed of by a common order dated 26.09.2008 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3290 of 2005 alongwith its analogous cases with certain observations and directions. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
