ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dand Khora P.S. Case No. 61/14 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and that no case is made out under Section 376 if on the pretext of marriage, the offence is said to have taken place.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
