Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.505 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 356, 379, 511 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that while informant along with her mother was purchasing articles from the market, the petitioner tried to snatch chain from her mother. He was apprehended and handed over to the police. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 05.8.2018. From the written report itself, it appears that informant has alleged that this petitioner attempted to snatch chain from her mother.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.505 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
