2. Pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2019, a report has been received from the S.D.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga, stating that the informant Mina Devi has died on 08.09.2017.

3. In the above view of the matter, the order dated 16.12.2015 is modified only to the extent that the condition imposed upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which would be available for withdrawal by opposite party no. 2, shall no longer be insisted upon.
