Vide order dated 18.03.2017 passed in the instant case three petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case No.19 of 2017 pending in the Court of CJM, East Champaran at Motihari, but inadvertently the name of two petitioners, namely, Ashok Singh, son of Harendra Prasad Singh and Kasim Mian, son of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13184 of 2017 (3) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 Abdul Gaffar, both residents of village-Madhuban, P.S. Madhuban, District-East Champaran could not be mentioned in cause tile. Besides that in the last paragraph of the said order, the name of police station has been wrongly typed as 'Madhubani' in place of 'Madhuban'.
