JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the State submits that there is contradictory pleadings in the writ petition at one place the petitioner claims that the police officials in connivance with anti-social elements have demolished boundary wall of the school whereas at another place it is stated that anti-social elements have demolished the boundary wall.

Be that as it may, in a case of violation of the order of the Full Bench of this Court as claimed by the petitioner, the remedy would be available to the petitioner to file an

Patna High Court CWJC No.6198 of 2020(2) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 appropriate application for initiating a contempt proceeding for alleged violation of the order of the Full Bench of this Court dated 30.04.2020 passed in CWJC No. 5633 of 2020. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition for alleged violation of the direction of the Full Bench in CWJC No. 5633 of 2020.
