This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Suppi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
