This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, by order dated 19.01.2016, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected considering the fact that the petitioner was having criminal antecedent and there was material that looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
In this case, by order dated 21.09.2016, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at Flag-A. The report suggests that the case has already been committed to the court of Sessions.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39734 of 2016 (3) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, opposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner, submits that there is no substantial change in the case.
In view of the fact that there is no substantial change in the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands again rejected.
