Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's motorcycle, wrist watch and mobile were robbed, leading to registration of First Information Report against unknown. During investigation one Shiv Lal Rather was apprehended. From whose possession robbed mobile was recovered, who named the petitioner as one of the persons who committed the alleged offence along with him.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of co-accused, no material has been collected against the petitioner and no recovery has been

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 651 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
