ATM cards, mobile phones etc. are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and, similarly, the ATM cards and mobiles as well as driving licence and cash were recovered from another co-accused and they confessed that they used to cheat innocent persons by using the aforesaid ATM cards. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.08.2016 and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.
