The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.350 of 2018 arising out of Hulasganj P.S. case No.9 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge VII, Jehanabad.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and

A report was called for from the trial court regarding the stage of the trial. It has been reported that the prosecution evidence has already been closed and the case is fixed for statement of the accused persons under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. Considering the nature of allegations and the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial at the earliest.
