1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) To make payment to the petitioner in respect of all Kishan Vikas Patras (described in paragraph no. 6 & 7 to this writ petition) purchased by her late mother, Binda Devi as the petitioner is in possession of all original documents of the said Kishan Vikas Patras and the petitioner is the sole issue/hair of aforesaid Binda Devi.

(II) To hold that the petitioner is the sole

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
