JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 20-07-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has to file an appeal against the impugned order of transfer before the Commissioner, Magadh Division.

This matter being one of Anganbadi Sevika and the Government guidelines provide for appeal against the order of the Collector, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Commissioner Magadh

Patna High Court CWJC No.13590 of 2013 (2) dt.20-07-2015 Division and if the petitioner does so, the Commissioner of Magadh Division must ensure that the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner along with a copy of this order.
