2. At the outset, it is very fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has statutory alternative remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal against the order impugned.

3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Bihar Land Tribunal for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.

4. It goes without saying that if any question of limitation arises before the competent authority, the same shall be considered taking into consideration the fact that the
