The present application seeks restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 7480 of 2014, which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 24.07.2014. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown with regard to non prosecution of the case on 24.07.2014 due to which Cr. Misc. No. 7480 of 2014 was dismissed. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 7480 of 2014 stands restored to its original file and number.

The application stands disposed off.
