Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 registered under Sections- 366A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no medical examination of the victim was done. The victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has not alleged any overt act against the petitioner. Victim was married to Rakesh Kumar, which is evident from Annexure-3. The case has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.10.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
